Stabilizer - Formulation

Formulation designed to make wines both biologically and chemically stable. Thanks to the combination of potassium metabisulfite and potassium sorbate, it provides an effective barrier to lactic acid bacteria often responsible for the onset of geranium odors in wine that have been treated only with sorbate. The antioxidant action of ascorbic acid associated with the sulfur dioxide ensures redox stability.
