Method for controlling protein instability

ProtoCheck involves the reaction of potentially unstable proteins present in the product as such with a mixture of stabilized anionic adjuvants.
Compared to other tests, the “specific” reaction that occurs does not interact with other substances and causes clouding in a few seconds that is perfectly measurable with a turbidimeter.
The ProtoCheck kit allows you to carry out the test directly on the sample as it is.
