NUTROZIM DeS02 is a very effective adjuvant for regular Fermentationkinetics especially in critical conditions: desulphurised musts, poor musts, low temperature. Compared to NUTROZIM, the fraction of autolysate is greater, for the Fermentationof “poorer” musts at the start.
