Obtained from tartaric acid of a very high quality, through a careful esterification process which allows you to obtain a Metatartaric acid with a high stabilizing power associated with excellent solubility and the absence of foreign tastes (cooked, caramel) and insoluble particles. Metaclar acts as a protective colloid, inhibiting the growth of crystallization germs, and therefore eliminating the risk of tartaric precipitations.
