Everzym arom

Granular pectolytic enzyme, with ꞵ-glycosidase secondary activity, useful for taking advantage of all the aromatic potential that is passed to the wine from the grape.

The treatment is recommended after fermentation, when the sugar content is <5 g/l, considering its inhibiting power towards the enzyme. The granular formulation makes it more stable over time.
