Everclar gamma

Developed to control the problem of “light strike” and decrease the content of riboflavin.

It increases the longevity of white and rosé wines bottled in white glass, protecting and enhancing its freshness.

Its composition makes it particularly suitable for the use in clarification by flotation of juices where its effectiveness is enhanced since the early stages of the winemaking process.
