Ever S.r.l., an Italian company with over fifty years’ experience in the development of biotechnology and winemaking solutions, announces the launch of a strategic partnership with Oenotec, a French company specialising in equipment and technical solutions for the wine industry.
The agreement, effective from 2025, aims to consolidate the EVER brand’s presence in the French market, providing local producers with even more specialised and timely technical support.

Founded in 1998 and based in Garons, in the south of France, Oenotec has established itself as a technical partner for wineries and winegrowers thanks to its expertise in the installation, automation and maintenance of winery equipment. The company also brings solid oenological experience to the table, providing producers with a team of oenologists who assist them in selecting and utilising the technical solutions best suited to their various production needs.

In this context, EVER contributes its international experience in developing innovative oenological solutions, supported by a research and development laboratory and a corporate structure operating in several countries. The combination of Oenotec’s technical expertise and EVER’s oenological know-how creates a synergy capable of offering customers a comprehensive and highly specialised service.
