A 100% soluble oenological preparation based on ellagic tannins from oak and acacia, combined with inactive yeast extremely rich in glutathione, developed to replicate the effects of untoasted wood. It is effective from crushing through to racking, imparting body, roundness and a pronounced perception of sweetness, whilst preserving the wine’s fruity and floral character intact. It provides effective antioxidant protection and colour stabilisation without imparting any toasty notes or generating solid residues or the risk of abrasion to winery equipment.
