Specifically developed for the fermentation of musts from thiol-rich grape varieties (Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Colombard, Ribolla Gialla, Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13), it enhances the release of aromatic precursors and protects aromas and active molecules from oxidation right from the earliest stages of fermentation.
