gestione in cantina, abbattimento polifenoli totali, abbattimento tenore riboflavina, velocit\u00e0 di chiarifica sono alla base della formulazione di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-clar\/\">CYTOCLAR<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-clar\/\"><strong>CYTOCLAR<\/strong><\/a> \u00e8 nato dall\u2019esperienza EVER per contrastare il <em>gusto di luce e <\/em>l\u2019<em>invecchiamento atipico <\/em>nei vini, compatibile con le normative biologiche e le richieste di produzioni vegane. Nella chiarifica dei mosti permette di ridurre gli eccessi di colore (es.: Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero), a bassi dosaggi, con un effetto illimpidente estremamente potente.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-clar\/\"><strong>CYTOCLAR<\/strong><\/a> \u00e8 un formulato studiato per la chiarifica di mosti e vini bianchi, che avviene con la veloce e compatta separazione del torbido. La sinergia tra gli Estratti Proteici di Lievito (EPL) ed i Carboni vegetali attivati, migliora la stabilit\u00e0 fenolica rimuovendo le tonalit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 cariche e aranciate, mentre le bentoniti, selezionate per il loro massimo effetto deproteinizzante, accelerano l\u2019illimpidimento e migliorano la stabilit\u00e0 proteica. I mosti e i vini cos\u00ec chiarificati risultano inoltre protetti contro gli effetti del \u201cgusto di luce\u201d.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-clar\/\"><strong>CYTOCLAR<\/strong><\/a> migliora la longevit\u00e0 ed il quadro sensoriale dei vini intervenendo sulla pulizia olfattiva, cromatica e gustativa con l\u2019apporto di rotondit\u00e0 e volume. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-clar\/\"><strong>CYTOCLAR<\/strong><\/a> non contiene allergeni, secondo quanto previsto dall\u2019allegato II del Reg. href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-stab\/\"><strong>CYTOSTAB<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-stab\/\"><strong>CYTOSTAB<\/strong><\/a> svolge contemporaneamente la funzione chiarificante e un\u2019azione stabilizzante nei riguardi delle frazioni fenoliche e colloidali instabili presenti nei mosti e nei vini.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-stab\/\"><strong>CYTOSTAB<\/strong><\/a> contiene oltre agli Estratti Proteici di Lievito (EPL), quantit\u00e0 sinergiche il polivinilpolipirrolidone (PVPP) e CHITOSANO fungino attivato.<\/p><p>Il PVPP agisce prevalentemente su catechine e leucoantociani, migliorando la stabilit\u00e0 del colore e incrementando la longevit\u00e0 dei vini, il CHITOSANO, scelto per l\u2019azione illimpidente, contribuisce alla chelazione dei metalli (in particolare Rame e Ferro) responsabili di catalizzare reazioni di invecchiamento precoce.<\/p><p>I mosti e vini trattati con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ever.it\/prodotti\/cyto-stab\/\"><strong>CYTOSTAB<\/strong><\/a> risultano pi\u00f9 stabili e migliorati anche dal punto di vista organolettico: vengono eliminate le componenti ossidate e ossidabili, le note verdi e amare, con l\u2019aumento della rotondit\u00e0 e del
