Uvatann GL Pro is a ready-to-use liquid formulation extracted from selected unfermented skins of white grape varieties with high polyphenol potential. Developed for pre-fermentation antioxidant protection and early colour stabilisation, it is also effective when used with grapes that are not fully ripe. The oenological result ensures increased complexity and a distinctly pleasant taste on the palate, whilst eliminating harsh tannins.
