Protocheck

ProtoCheck is an innovative test patented by prof. Celotti of University of Udine; it’s based on the reaction between the proteins present in a potentially unstable liquid (wine or beverage with acidic pH), with a mixture of stabilized anionic compounds.

Advantages:

  • The sample doesn’t have to be filtered
  • Rapidity (60 seconds) and specificity of the reaction with the potentially unstable proteins
  • No significant interference in the method of analysis
  • Standardized method of analysis for comparable results between different laboratories.
